The new regulation about posting of foreign workers in the transport sector loading or unloading on the French territory shall enter into force on July 1st, 2016. The new code obliges to:
- Design a Representative in France
- Issue and give the driver the attestation relating to the posting, following the form in its latest version.
- Forward the attestation to the Company Representative in France.
In case of control, the following papers must be kept in the vehicle:
- The attestation form in its latest version(valid for a maximum period of 6 months and for all travels carried out during that time);
- The contract of employment (engagement letter). French translation not needed.
